Rise.ai's 1 and 2 star reviews cluster around three things. Two reviewers (August and September 2025) reported monthly charges of $500 to $800, far above the listed $19.99. A reviewer in August 2026 said customers could not redeem vouchers, and another in July 2026 said the app rarely loads. A December 2025 reviewer said the app cannot be translated, though the developer replied that text customization exists. Bulk Store Credit has no 1 or 2 star reviews, but one reviewer in July 2026 reported that files above roughly 5,000 rows failed, so they uploaded in smaller pieces. The developer said a larger-upload update was coming. We treat that as intent, not a shipped feature.
